Kokopei has successfully finished the third edition of EducaMujer.
Jan 5, 2026
Kokopei concluded the third edition of the EducaMujer project, an initiative focused on strengthening the skills and opportunities of women who play a fundamental role in their families and communities.
In this edition, 30 women from the Association of Volunteer Parents of Children with Intellectual Disabilities participated in a training process focused on financial education and entrepreneurship. Throughout the program, the participants gained practical tools to improve their family economy, develop productive ideas, and move toward greater autonomy.
The training process was characterized by close support, where learning was combined with spaces for encouragement, motivation, and collective growth. As a result, several women were able to start or strengthen their own businesses, which were presented at an entrepreneurship fair that made their effort, creativity, and commitment visible.
The impact of the project was strengthened thanks to the support of the CCA Institute and the Domingo Savio Technical Institute, which awarded four study scholarships, opening new opportunities for education and growth for the participants.
This edition was made possible thanks to the joint work of Kokopei, Junges Netzwerk, a Latin American–German diplomacy network, and the Stiftung Verbundenheit Foundation, organizations committed to community development, solidarity, and the strengthening of support networks.
A key contribution came from Maricela Vaca, co-founder of Kokopei Studio, who provided training in digital tools applied to entrepreneurship. Her support allowed the participants to gain new skills and discover the value of technology as an ally to create opportunities and strengthen their economic independence.
From Kokopei, we reaffirm our commitment to continue promoting projects that encourage education, autonomy, and the empowerment of women, convinced that access to tools and knowledge transforms realities and builds stronger communities.
